GREENVILLE, S.C. – The University of Memphis women's golf team continued play at the Lady Paladin Invitational on Saturday at the Furman University Golf Course in Greenville, S.C. The Tigers carded a second-round team score of 295 (+7) and sit in ninth place with a 36-hole total of 597 (+21).

KEY MOMENTS
• Brooke Veres had the best round of her career on Saturday, shooting a 71 (-1). The junior is tied for 11^th overall with a two-round total of 145 (+1).
• Veres was steady all day for the Tigers, posting three birdies and 13 pars.
• Junior Victoria England had a great round for the Tigers, carding a 72 (E) to move into a tie for 23rd place with a 36-hole score of 148 (+4).
• England ended her round with a flurry, posting birdies on holes eight and nine after starting her round on the back nine. She posted a 33 (-2) on the front.
• Victoria Gallegos shot a 75 (+3) for the second-straight day. The senior sits in a tie for 31st with a total of 150 (+6).
• Sophomore Rebecca Brink sits in a tie for 45th with a score of 155 (+11) after carding a 78 (+6) on Saturday.
• Freshman Katie Stinchcomb cut six strokes off her first-round score to card a 77 (+5) on Saturday. She enters Sunday tied for 64th with a total of 160 (+16).
