Tigers Wrap Up Fall Season at Diamante Intercollegiate

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. - The University of Memphis women's golf team will play in its final tournament of the fall season when it takes part in the Diamante Intercollegiate this weekend.

Memphis is coming off a second-place finish at the Lady Red Wolves Classic that saw Claire Swathwood finish with a share of sixth place as well as Pavarisa Jongpipittaporn and Emily Wilson in the top 20 for individuals.

The Tigers will be one of 18 teams competing at Diamante Country Club. Two seasons ago when Memphis competed there, the Tigers claimed a share of eighth place while finishing 12 over par. Tilly Garfoot finished in the top 15 for individuals, her second of that season, while finished three under par with a 213 score.

Competing for the Tigers will be Swathwood, Jongpipittaporn, Wilson, Garfoot and Claire Todd. Memphis will tee-off on Sunday every eight minutes starting at 9:18 a.m. CT starting with Todd. Live results can be found HERE.
