Tigers host No. 14 Cowboys Sunday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – After a seven-match road stretch, the Memphis men's tennis team returns home to host No. 14 Oklahoma State on Sunday.
First serve from the Racquet Club of Memphis is set for noon. Admission to all U of M home tennis matches is free.
In their last outing, the Tigers (7-4, 2-0) defeated No. 34 Tulane in a 4-3 thriller in New Orleans. Memphis captured a key doubles point and extended the lead behind singles wins from Andrew Watson and Kai Lemke. Ryan Peniston clinched the match for the Tigers, fighting off a first-set defeat to claim the final two frames.
Oklahoma State (14-3, 0-0) enters the weekend winners of its last five matches.
The Cowboys feature two ranked singles players in No. 78 Julian Cash and No. 95 Artur Dubinski. In doubles play, Cash leads a pair of ranked duos. Cash and Luke Hammond team up as the nation's No. 30 tandem, while Cash and Maxim Tybar stand No. 68 nationally.
The Cowboys lead the all-time series by a 7-1 mark, while Memphis is looking for its first win in the series since 2011.
