Tigers Host Central Arkansas, Austin Peay in Midweek Games

Memphis plays single game vs. Bears and doubleheader vs. Governors
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis softball team will take a break in the conference schedule to play three midweek games at the Tigers Softball Complex this week. On Tuesday, the Tigers host Central Arkansas in a single game and on Wednesday, Austin Peay comes to town for a doubleheader.

- Austin Peay is 11-17 overall and as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference, is 1-3 in conference play.
- Danielle Liermann and Carly Mattson lead the team offensively with a combined 63 hits. They also combine for 16 of the team's 30 home runs.
- Autumn Hanners and Kelsey Gross spend most of the time in the circle for the Govs. Gross is 7-5 overall and Hanners leads the team with a 3.93 ERA.
