Track And Field Senior Salute: Jarred Pasley

The University of Memphis track and field/cross country program's celebration of its 2018 senior class continues with the next of the 23 Tigers seniors.

Saturday's next senior salute is Jarred Pasley.

Transferred to the University of Memphis from Southeast Missouri prior to the 2017-18 campaign
Two-time medalist at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships in February
Earned silvers in both the 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay
Ran an indoor personal-best 47.06 to claim second at the league indoor championships
Member of the indoor 4x400 meter relay that set the school record in the event at Vanderbilt's Music City Challenge in mid-February (3:08.46)
Competing in the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships this weekend
Member of the outdoor 4x400 meter relay team that set the school record of 3:08.51 at the Texas Relays in late March
Broke the 40-year-old school record in the event (previous record was set in 1978)
Ran an outdoor personal-best 46.45 in the 400 meters at the Memphis Invitational in late April
An interdisciplinary studies major at the University of Memphis
