- One of only three Tigers to play all 35 games, drawingĀ 24 starts for an average of 19.5 minutes each time out
- Averaged 5.0 points andĀ 4.5 boards, which ranked second on the team
- Shot 56.7 percent overall (68-120), the third-highest clip on the Tigers, and went 7-of-14 from long distance - six of which came in his final eight outings
- Reached double figures three times in scoring with a season-high 12 points against SMU (1/26)
- Hauled in 5+ rebounds in 16 games, including a season-high 12 at SMU (3/2)
- Also eclipsed season highs of four assists and four blocks (at Tulane 1/1), and three steals against UCF (2/16)
- Snagged six rebounds in 13 minutes off the bench Feb. 9 against Tulane
- Had six points, three rebounds, three blocks and two steals in 19 minutes against East Carolina on Jan. 27
- Played 16 minutes Jan. 23 at Tulsa after missing 12 games due to injury
- Made Memphis debut on Nov. 9 against Tennessee Tech
- Played two seasons at Oregon after arriving as a 4-star recruit and ESPNās 58th-ranked player

- While prepping in Memphis, helped East High School win three-straight state championships (2016-18)
- The 2018 state championship team was coached by Penny Hardaway
- Brother, Johnathan, was a freshman on 2018 team
- Hardaway was an assistant coach on 2016 and 2017 squads in freshman and sophomore seasons
- Won a fourth-straight at Wooddale High School as a senior in 2018-19
- Scored 16 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in Wooddale's win in the 2019 Class AA state championship game
- Scored 11 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and recorded two assists in the 2018 state championship game en route to the victory for East
- Along with Johnathan, are the third and fourth Lawson brothers to play at the University of Memphis, joining Dedric and K.J. (2015-17)
