MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis softball team picked up a win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff, 6-2, Wednesday night at Tiger Softball Complex.

Rylee Dugar also recorded a career night in the circle, tallying eight strikeouts in 7.0 innings of work.
"Great game tonight by the team. We had a really good start from Rylee [Dugar]. The hitters did a good job of executing with runners in scoring position," head coach Stephanie VanBrakle Prothro said. "I was proud that we responded the next half inning after they scored two in the third. It was a good team win and I'm hoping we can use the momentum going into the weekend."
