"We've been setting goals with our pitchers and our hitters in preparation for Wichita State and we are looking forward to seeing those executed this weekend. We want to continue to build off our success last weekend and build in an upward trajectory."
Wichita State (31-7) currently sits second in the AAC standings with a 5-1 record in conference and is harboring a seven-game win streak. The Shockers entered the Top 25 in the nation according to the USA Softball and NFCA Division 1 Top 25 Coaches Poll and most recently defeated No. 2 Oklahoma State 8-7 Tuesday night, April 4.
