No. 16 Memphis Hosts No. 4 Ole Miss on Saturday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The No. 16-ranked University of Memphis rifle team will wrap up the fall portion of the 2021-22 season on Saturday, Nov. 20 when the team hosts No. 4 Ole Miss at the R.F. Fogelman Rifle Range in Memphis, Tenn. The match is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. CT, with live targets available at GoTigersGo.com.
The Tigers have faced one of the toughest schedules in the nation so far this season. Despite the team's 0-5 record, Memphis has shot well against No. 1 West Virginia, No. 7 Navy, No 12 Akron, No. 13 Kentucky and No. 14 NC State.
Ole Miss has reeled off five-straight wins after a season-opening loss to No. 3 West Virginia to post an overall record of 5-1 on the season and a mark of 4-1 in Great American Rifle Conference (GARC) action. Saturday's match also marks the end of the fall season for the Rebels.
Angeline Henry has led the way for the Tigers so far this season, posting team-best score averages of 575 in smallbore, 590.4 in air rifle and 1165.4 aggregate. Kaylene Castillo has also had a great season for Memphis, posting averages of 571.4 in smallbore, 588 in air rifle and 1159.4 in aggregate, all second-best on the squad.
