Final Game of Memphis-UAB Series Canceled

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The final game of a three game series between the University of Memphis softball team and UAB on Sunday at the Tiger Softball Complex has been canceled due to weather.
Memphis split a doubleheader with UAB on Saturday and will now prepare for its final regular season series at Southern Miss next Saturday and Sunday.
The Tigers are 32-11 and 12-7 in C-USA play. After the split with the Blazers who are ranked No. 34 in the RPI, Memphis is now 6-9 this season against teams ranked in the top 50 RPI and 11-10 against top 100 RPI opponents. The Tigers entered the week rated No. 42.
Today's game marks the ninth contest this season erased by weather for Memphis.
