Memphis Baseball Announces 2023 Ticket Information
Jan 25, 2023 | Baseball
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Baseball has announced all fans will receive free admission for games in the months of February and March at FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field, and games beginning in April will be ticketed with kids 12 and under remaining free.
Beginning with home games in April, the Tigers are offering a $50 half-season ticket package for all remaining home games (14 games, including four home American Athletic Conference series). Kids ages 12 and under will remain free for the entire season. Single-game tickets for April and May will be available at a later date.
"I'm really excited about creating the opportunity with our tickets for kids 12 and under to attend games for free. Hopefully that will bring kids out who want to bring their parents out with them," University of Memphis head baseball coach Kerrick Jackson said. "We'll have a good environment where you have access to the players. Specifically, here in the community of Memphis, we want to grow the game with the youth and minority communities, and I think we have made this an affordable option for people to come out and watch quality baseball."
The Tigers kick off the month at home on April 4 with a matchup against defending NCAA champions Ole Miss. AAC home series for the Tigers during this stretch include Cincinnati (April 6-8), Houston (April 21-23), South Florida (May 5-7) and Tulane (May 18-20).
The $50 half-season ticket package is the best way to guarantee a ticket to the Ole Miss game.
$3.5 million renovations are continuing this spring at FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field as part of the program's transformational plan. Games at FedExPark this spring will feature a brand-new turf playing surface, a new video board in right field and other additional improvements to the stadium.
The project was made possible by generous donations from Memphis businessman, philanthropist and lifelong-baseball enthusiast Avron Fogelman and stadium namesake FedEx. Renovations are scheduled to be completed prior to the 2023 spring season.
