Goodman tabbed to AAC Weekly Honor Roll

Freshman posted four multi-hit games throughout week
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Behind a solid week at the plate, freshman Hunter Goodman was tabbed to The American's Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
Goodman hit .429 throughout the week (9-for-21) and added six runs. The Arlington, Tenn., native tallied three RBI, two doubles and stole two bases in as many attempts in the Tigers' sweep at WKU. He posted multi-hit efforts in all four games and did his most damage in a 3-for-5 outing with a double, RBI and two runs scored in the series opener against the Hilltoppers.
The freshman's team-best eight doubles this season are tied for the league lead and rank 10th nationally. Goodman is also second on the team in batting average, hitting at a .323 clip.
Memphis returns to FedExPark for a five-game home stand, beginning Tuesday against Mississippi Valley State at 6 p.m.
