Team Buffet takes 3-1 lead in Garibaldi's World Series

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Tied at 1-1 after three innings, Team Buffet used a six-run fourth inning for an 11-3 Game 4 win in the annual Garibaldi's World Series.
The fourth-inning offensive surge was highlighted by a pair of three-run homers off the bats of Hunter Goodman and Braden Webb. Team Buffet added three more runs in the eighth to set the final, including a Goodman two-run home run.
Team Special Order offered an answer in the bottom of the fourth inning when Luke Clement's two-run home run trimmed the lead to 7-3. But relievers James Muse, Chris Braswell, Holland Townes and Danny Denz closed the door to help secure a 3-1 series lead for Team Buffet.
Ian Bibiloni earned the game's Offensive Tiger of the Day nod, going 4-for-4 at the dish and adding a solo home run. Goodman was named the Defensive Tiger of the Day after a solid day behind the plate.
In Game 3, starter Walker Brockhouse shined for Team Special Order on Friday in a 3-0 win. The junior went three innings and struck out six batters, while Takoda Metoxen earned the save with two strikeouts in one inning of work. Offensively, Alec Trela had a double and added the game's lone RBI.
Game 5 of the series is set for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at FedExPark, with Chris Durham of Team Special Order squaring off against Denz of Team Buffet.
