Kingston played and started in all 20 matches for the Tigers … logging 1647 minutes, finishing in sixth in that category on the team … helped anchor a defense that recorded eight shutouts … consistently stopped runs from opposing forwards, making hard tackles and timely takeaways … netted one goal against Gonzaga (9/17) … was named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll on Oct. 30.
2016 (Junior):
Kingston suffered through an injury-plagued season and played in seven games for the Tigers, starting six of them ... Kingston had one assist during the season, setting up Marie Levasseur’s game winner in double overtime against UCF (10/30) ... Transitioned to a defensive role … She was named to the AAC All-Academic team.
2015 (Sophomore):
Followed up a solid freshman season to have an even better sophomore campaign, starting all 19 matches for Memphis … Logged 1,579 minutes in the Tigers midfield … After playing 70 minutes in the season opener, she played every minute of the next five matches … Played every minute of 11 games … Scored first career goal in the narrow loss at Western Kentucky … First career assist in the thrilling win over Idaho … Provided the assist on the game-winning goal against Houston at home.
2014 (Freshman):
Kingston was a unanimous selection to the American Athletic Conference All-Rookie Team, despite missing five games due to injury … Played in 14 games for the Lady Tigers as a midfielder in her first season and started in 13 of them, logging 1003 minutes … Had nine shots, two of which were on goal … Logged every minute in six games, including the final three games of the season … Earned her first career start in the season opener against Alabama (8/24) ... Recorded first two shots of her career against Kennesaw State (9/14).
