Adam Cap graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2018 with a bachelor of science degree in Athletic Training. He completed his capstone internship at Michigan State University working with the football and ice hockey teams.

This past year, he served as Assistant Athletic Trainer at Benedictine University. He was responsible for healthcare coverage for cross country, women's lacrosse and men’s and women’s volleyball.

A native of Naperville, Ill., he is entering his first year as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Memphis Tigers assigned to cross country and track & field.
