Prep: Lettered four seasons for coach Joe Welch at Bolton High...Started at right tackle and did not give up a sack during his career...Helped his squad to an 8-4 record and a second-round appearance in the 5-A state playoffs in 2006...Was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
