The Murphy Athletic Complex, which opened in 1970, is home to the Memphis Football Team. The centerpiece of the athletics facilities on the University of Memphis' Park Avenue campus, houses the Tigers' Locker Room, which received a major makeover following a donation from DeAngelo Williams in the fall of 2011. Part of the Murphy Complex is a state-of-the-art weight room facility that spans 13,000 square feet. Just outside the facility you will find three 100-yard grass fields and a 100-yard Turf Field, the same as the playing surface found at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. |

Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium, “built by the citizens of Memphis,” is a memorial to the veterans of World War I, World War II and the Korean War. The 59,000 seat stadium has been home to the Tigers since 1965. Recent renovations included a new FieldTurf playing surface, renovated Tiger Locker Room, $2.5 million dollar videoboard and the addition of Tiger Lane.
