Sophomore (2011-12)
Named a first team All-American in smallbore after finishing 21st in 2012 NCAA Championships..Continued success from freshman year by posting a score of 581 to win the smallbore division at the season opening Tiger Rifle Open...Also posted score of 582 in air rifle for a 14th place finish in that division...Scores helped Memphis to a second-place aggregate finish...Tied with Richard Calvin for top air rifle honors in a dual match loss to Army when both shot 585 air rifle scores...Also posted 581 in smallbore against Army, good for fourth in that category...Paced the Tigers in both smallbore (574) and air rifle (587) as they defeated North Georgia College and State University and Columbus State in separate dual matches...Led Memphis in smallbore (583) as the Tigers defeated No. 10 Murray State in a dual match...Helped Memphis win smallbore and aggregate against No. 13 Nebraska with smallbore score of 583...Led the Tigers with scores of 585 (smallbore) and 586 (air rifle) in regular season finale loss to Ole Miss...Helped Memphis to a team championship at the Skyhawk Invitational and team scores of 2,225 (smallbore) and 2,345 (air rifle)...Finished in 10th position for aggregate score (1,169) at the GARC Championships while leading Memphis to a sixth-place finish.
Freshman (2010-11)
Completed his freshman campaign by being named to the second-team All-America smallbore squad, becoming the first Tiger rifleman since 2006 (Krissey Bahnsen) to earn All-America honors...Solidified his place in U of M history by becoming the first-ever Tiger be named a member of an All-America smallbore team...Was the only freshman competing in the 2010-11 smallbore championship, posting a 1,152 score to finish 23rd...Recorded a 99-99 in the prone position, en route to a 580 score in smallbore and a ninth-place individual finish at the Great American Rifle Conference Championships...He won the smallbore portion of that qualifier, with a mark of 584 to lead the Tigers past Ole Miss and UAB...Also posted a 584 mark in the air-rifle category to take second behind teammate Kelly Audet...Led Memphis with a season-high smallbore mark of 587, which was 10 points better than the second-place finisher...Scored a perfect 200 prone and posted marks of 193 and 194 standing and kneeling, respectively at the UT Martin Skyhawk Invitational...He was the only other Tiger to shoot in the top-10 in air rifle, posting a 579 mark and finishing ninth at that meet...His mark of 584 in smallbore, was just two tallies shy of champion Amanda Furrer (Ohio State), who shot a 586, for the individual crown...In November, he led Memphis in smallbore with a mark of 581, and a high-round score of 99 versus the nation's first-ranked team, West Virginia.
