Spring 2015: Went 11-9 in dual season singles play, including an 8-8 mark at No. 4 ... Was named the American Athletic Conference player of the week after picking up a win over No. 121 ranked Alex Najarian of No. 14 Michigan on the road, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 ... Was 3-2 against American Athletic Conference opponents .... Also picked up a ranked win over No. 106 Nancy Karaky of Murray State ... Was 2-1 against ranked opponents during the spring ... Was 12-10 in dual season doubles ... Teamed with Liza Tymchenko for a 4-4 record at No. 2 doubles, then was paired with Anki Wind for a 5-1 mark at No. 1.

Fall 2014: Went 2-1 in the fall in singles before suffering a foot injury to cut her season short...Picked up back-to-back wins at the Country Club at Little Rock Invitational to open the fall slate...Posted an 0-3 doubles mark with Anki Wind and Liza Tymchenko as partners.

Kathryn Hughes joins the Lady Tiger tennis program after spending her first two collegiate seasons at the University of Denver. In two years at Denver, she posted a singles mark of 30-17, including a 19-12 record in her sophomore season.
