MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis men's basketball program announced a time change for its upcoming road matchup at Mississippi State on Friday, Dec. 20. The game, originally slated for a 1 p.m. CT tipoff on ESPN2, has been moved to 3 p.m. CT and will now air on ESPN.
The contest will be played at Humphrey Coliseum in Starkville, Mississippi, marking Memphis' first trip to Starkville since Dec. 15, 1984.
Mississippi State becomes the final opponent in a demanding two-week stretch for the Tigers. Beginning with Baylor on Dec. 6, Memphis will also face No. 6 Louisville on Dec. 13 and No. 24 Vanderbilt on Dec. 17 before closing the run against the Bulldogs on Dec. 20.

After getting the last week off since a 74-58 victory over Southern Illinois, Memphis returns to the floor Wednesday at 7 p.m. to host New Orleans on ESPN+.
