Castro Fabra, Dubouch Move on to Semifinals of American Conference Fall Championships

TULSA, Okla. - University of Memphis men's tennis players Maxime Dubouch and Marcos Castro Fabra have both earned spots in the semifinal round for singles at the American Conference Fall Championships following a win today.

Dubouch, who defeated Tommy Czaplinski from Rice yesterday, earned his spot in a semifinal match after a come from behind victory over Takeshi Taco (Tulsa). After dropping the first set 6-3, Dubouch came back to take the second and third sets to move on. He will face off with Alejandro Jacome (WSU) tomorrow starting at 11 a.m.

Castro Fabra also competed in the quarterfinal round today, taking a 7-5, 7-5 [6] victory over Elijah Cham (USF). He will also compete starting at 11 a.m. going up against Ivan Dreycopp (Charlotte).
