2026 American Football Opponents Revealed

IRVING, Texas – The American Conference announced Tuesday the eight-team conference schedule rotation for the 2026 season.

On tap for the Tigers, they are set to host Army, East Carolina, Temple and UAB inside Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium next season. This will be the first time Army West Point has made the trip to Memphis since the 2002 season the first as a member of the American Conference.

Memphis will travel to familiar stadiums of Charlotte, Navy, Tulane and South Florida.

The Tigers (6-0, 2-0 American) are back in action this week when they hit the road to Birmingham, Ala. to take on UAB in the coveted Battle for the Bones game. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. CT on ESPN2.
