Dainja Named to AAC Honorable Mention

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis redshirt senior Dain Dainja has earned an American Athletic Conference Honorable Mention nod after his performance against San Francisco.

Dainja, a 6-9 forward out of Brooklyn Park, Minn., led the team with 18 points off the bench in the team's come from behind 68-64 victory over the Dons. Of Dainja's 18 points, six came from the charity stripe while going 6-10 from the field while adding in seven rebounds, three blocks and two assists.

This is the first AAC Weekly Award for Dainja.
