Jan 28, 2024 | Rifle
MARTIN, Tenn. – The No. 12-ranked University of Memphis rifle team earned a road victory against No. 18 UT Martin, 4691-4624, in Martin, Tenn. on Sunday. The Tigers (5-6) won smallbore, 2316-2296, before beating the Skyhawks (1-7) in air rifle, 2375-2328.
"I'm definitely happy that we saw some improvement after yesterday's match," head coach Morgan Phillips remarked. "We shot really well in prone across the board and had some pretty solid air rifle too. One really big highlight was two season-highs from Chase today.
