No. 10 Tigers Host South Florida Thursday on ESPN for 6th Mane Game

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The No. 10 Memphis Tigers put their winning streak on the line Thursday night when the South Florida Bulls invade FedExForum for a 6 p.m. American Athletic Conference battle on ESPN.
Memphis (15-2, 4-0 AAC) defeated Wichita State Sunday afternoon on the road, extending the Tigers' winning streak to 10 games. Only three teams in the country have longer streaks. The Tigers sit atop the league standings and are only one of two undefeated programs in the AAC (North Texas, 3-0).

The Tigers are coming off a record-setting performance against the Shockers, where they connected on a program-record 19 three-pointers to earn a 112-86 victory. It was the most points Memphis had scored in a road game since 1955.

South Florida (9-5, 2-1 AAC) comes to Memphis sixth in the AAC table after defeating Rice, 81-73, Friday in Tampa. The Bulls have won seven of their last eight contests with the only defeat in that stretch coming at UAB (75-71) on Jan. 7.

Memphis has won five-straight games against South Florida and six of the last seven meetings overall. The Bulls have not won in Memphis in their last two tries. Their last victory at FedExForum against the Tigers was Feb. 8, 2020 by a score of 75-73.

- 4th: Memphis' 10-game win streak is tied for the fourth-longest streak in Division I entering Thursday. The average margin of victory during the streak is 8.7 points.

- Chris Youngblood leads the squad with 14.9 points per game. He is shooting 80.9 percent from the free-throw line, which is 11th in the AAC.
- Selton Miguel is second on the team with 14.6 points per contest and is fourth on the squad with 4.1 boards per game. He is fifth in the AAC, making 2.36 3-pointers per game.
- Jayden Reid leads the team with 59 assists. He is seventh in the AAC with 4.2 assists per game. He has an assist-to-turnover ratio of 3.11, which is tied for 27th in the country, second in the conference, and third among NCAA freshmen.
- Reid also paces the squad with 20 steals. He averages 2.7 rebounds per game to go along with 8.3 points per contest.
- Kasean Pryor averages 10.5 points and a team-high 6.5 rebounds per game.
- South Florida's bench is 37th in the NCAA and second in the conference averaging 27.86 points per contest. The USF bench has outscored its opponent's bench 390-233.
- The Bulls are tied for 27th in the NCAA and fifth in the conference with 17.2 made free throws per game. USF is tied for 27th in the country with 23.6 free-throw attempts per game, which is fourth in the AAC.
