Hauer Tabbed as AAC’s Rookie of the Week

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Tiger women's soccer team continues to dominate this season while racking up the weekly honors – this week with Anna Hauer named as the American Athletic Conference's Rookie of the Week.

Hauer, a freshman out of Calgary, Alberta, had a spectacular match against Rice last week where she netted both goals for the Tigers for her first multi-goal game of her collegiate career. Hauer, who is now tied for second on the team in total goals, is currently ranked in the top-10 in the conference in goals per game, total goals and points per game.

This is the first AAC Weekly Award nod for Hauer's career.
