Oct 11, 2023 | Women's Soccer
GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Memphis Tiger women's soccer team became the last undefeated team in American Athletic Conference play after claiming a 1-0 win over East Carolina on Wednesday night.
"Tonight was a battle and a great win against a well-coached team. I'm extremely proud of the result," head women's soccer coach Brooks Monaghan said. "It's unfortunate we didn't finish a few chances we created but, as a player, you have to let it go and make sure you get them in the future."
After tonight's game, Memphis moves to 11-1 for the season and 5-0 in AAC play.
