Memphis Volleyball Announces 2022 Schedule

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis volleyball team released its 2022 schedule on Monday (July 18).
"This year's non-conference schedule is quite challenging and was put together to prepare our program for the rigors of the American Conference," said Memphis volleyball head coach Sean Burdette. "Coming off strong finishes in our spring competitive season schedule, we sought out matches against teams that had competed in the post-season tournaments last fall. We are excited to have three home tournaments this fall where our fans and families can come and watch the Tigers compete in the Larry O. Finch Center."

The Tigers will kick-off their season hosting the Tiger Brawl with matches against Nicolls, Central Michigan, Eastern Washington and South during the weekend of Aug. 26.
Â
The following weekend, Memphis will be on the road for TCU Tournament before returning to the Finch Center for back-to back weekends to host the Beale Street Challenge and Bluff City Showdown tournaments.

The conference slate is set to begin at home on Sept. 23 against UCF. The Tigers will play all 10 conference opponents at both the Larry O. Finch Center and on the road.
