DALLAS, Texas – The University of Memphis women's golf team began competition at the Trinity Forest Invitational on Monday, tying for ninth place after the first round with a score of 317 (+29).
Play in the second round was suspended due to darkness at the Trinity Forest Country Club in Dallas, Texas. South Florida leads after 18 holes with a score of 304 (+16).
KEY MOMENTS
• Three Tigers carded opening round scores of 79 (+7) on Monday, with Rebecca Brink, Julia Matzat and Brooke Veres leading the charge for Memphis.
