MOBILE, Ala. – The University of Memphis men's golf team sits in second place after the first round of the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate with a score of 282 (-6) on Monday in Mobile, Ala.
The second round of the tournament was halted at Magnolia Grove Crossings Golf Course on Monday night, with teams on holes 12 through 14. No. 42-ranked UAB leads the tournament with a score of 276 (-12).

• Sophomore Tyran Snyders led the way for Memphis on Monday in the first round, carding a 69 (-3) to tie for third place.
