GREENVILLE, S.C. – The University of Memphis women's golf team finished up competition at the Lady Paladin Invitational at the Furman University Golf Course in Greenville, S.C. on Sunday. The Tigers shot a final round team score of 302 (+14) to finish in 10th place in the 13-team tournament with a total of 899 (+35).
KEY MOMENTS
• Brooke Veres finished up the best performance of her Tiger career on Sunday with a final round 73 (+1) to finish in a tie for 12th place with a total of 218 (+2).
• The score of 218 and her 12th place finish are both career bests for the junior, who also set her 18-hole PR on Saturday with her 71 (-1).
• Victoria England shot a final round 77 (+5) to finish in a tie for 32nd with a score of 225 (+9).
• Both Victoria Gallegos (79) and Rebecca Brink (74) tied for 44th overall with totals of 229 (+13), while freshman Katie Stinchcomb (78) tied for 63rd with a score of 238 (+22).
