JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. – Play in the first round of the Battle of Briar's Creek in Johns Island, S.C. has been suspended due to weather on Monday.
None of the 14 teams were able to complete the first round. All five Memphis players completed 15 holes before play was suspended for the day.
Sergio Castevany and Phuripon Namkang were leading the Tiger charge on Monday with scores of +1, while Ryan van der Klis was at +2.
