May 12, 2021 | Men's Basketball
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Tigers head coach Penny Hardaway has revealed dates for a series of summer camps this June.
Â
This year's camp schedule starts with a High School Elite Camp on June 5. There will be two separate Day Camps, the first from June 7-10 and the second from June 21-24, and a Middle School Elite Camp in between on June 12. All camps will have limited space available.
Â
The Day Camps are designed for boys ages 8-14 of all skill levels and are geared to develop and improve each camper's individual basketball skills. Camps run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. each day at multiple locations on the University of Memphis' campus, including the Laurie-Walton Family Basketball Center.
Â
Registration includes a camp t-shirt, a Memphis basketball, a meal each day and autograph and photo opportunities with staff and players.
Â
Day Camp ends at noon on the last day following an awards ceremony.

The Tigers won the 2021 NIT championship and finished the 2020-21 season with a 20-8 record. The 20-win season was Memphis' fourth in a row, including all three seasons under Hardaway. The Tigers are one of just 14 schools with four-straight 20-win seasons to their credit.
Â
Hardaway has won 63 games in three seasons as Tigers head coach, which is the third-most among 50 head coaches hired before the 2018-19 season.
