HOUSTON, Texas – A last minute goal from the Cougars gave Memphis their second AAC loss of the season as the No. 23 Tigers fell to Houston 1-0.

Following tonight's match, Memphis moves to 10-3-1 overall and 4-2-0 in AAC play.

KEY MOMENTS

Memphis got multiple opportunities to take the lead throughout the match; Momo Nakao, Saorla Miller, Tanya Boychuk and Haylee Spray all put shots on-goal tonight but were unable to find the back of the net.
Grace Duncan nearly put the Tigers on the board in the 80' when she found herself open in the left side of the box and put the ball just over the crossbar of Houston's goal.
Cougar forward Nadia Kamassah got the game-winning goal in the 88' when she pressured Moberg deep in the box and caught the deflection of Moberg's kick off her hip.

Six different Tigers fired off shots tonight with Nakao leading the pack with three.
