- Daughter of Liesl Gambold and Jeffrey Miller
- She is also the granddaughter of the late Bob Gambold, a standout at Washington State University and NFL quarterback who later coached college football at Washington State, Oregon State, Stanford and Illinois along with pro coaching stops with the Denver Broncos and Houston Oilers
