Women's hoops hosts end of the year banquet on March 3

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis women's basketball team has set the date for its annual end of the year banquet and this year's festivities will take place on Tuesday, March 3 at the Penny Hardaway Hall of Fame.

Doors will open for a 5:30 p.m. reception with dinner set to begin at 6 p.m. The program will follow beginning at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Fastbreak Club and fans are invited to attend this event. The entry fee is $40 and those planning to be in attendance need to RSVP by Feb. 26 to Donna LaRiviere at 901-678-4532.

The Tigers will celebrate Senior Day during the final home game of the season on Saturday, Feb. 29 against UCF. Memphis will recognize senior guard Gazmyne Herndon prior to tipoff against the Knights. Tipoff against UCF is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse.
