Road swing continues for women's basketball at Toledo

Tigers take on Rockets Sunday at 1 p.m. CT on ESPN+
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – After hanging on for a win at SIU, the Memphis women's basketball team stays on the road for a Sunday showdown at Toledo. Tipoff against the Rockets is set for 1 p.m. CT at John F. Savage Arena in Toledo, Ohio. Sunday's game will be streamed on ESPN+, a subscription-based service from ESPN.

The Tigers' last outing was a narrow win over the SIU Salukis. After a first-half that saw lock-down defense, SIU was able to trim the lead in a big way, turning the blowout into a closely contested game. Memphis recovered enough to see the victory out, taking a 70-66 win on Wednesday.
