Sophomore has raced in six events in two seasons.
Today's Memphis cross country "Get To Know Me" is Hannah Pettigrew. A sophomore from Carrollton, Texas, Pettigrew has raced in six events in her two seasons with the Tigers. She set her 5k personal-best time in the Brooks Twilight Classic, the 2018 season opener. In the fall of 2017, Pettigrew posted her personal-best 6k time in the Crimson Classic.

Prior to Memphis, Pettigrew ran cross country at Lewisville Hebron High School, one of the top University Interscholastic League (UIL) programs in the state of Texas. She was a member of four-straight Lady Hawks teams that advanced to the UIL state championships from 2013-16. Pettigrew and her teammates took home the UIL Class 6A state crown in 2014.
