Tigers Wrap Up Conference Championships

WICHITA, Kan. – The Memphis cross country teams competed in the AAC Championships on Friday evening, with the men and women finishing 9th and 11th, respectively.
The women opened up the event, hosted by Wichita State, with a 6K where Jalyssa Smith paced the Tigers for the fifth time in as many meets, finishing up in 22:57.7.
The men followed with an 8K race that saw Vincent Chenier (24th) and Kenny Guy (30th) each log top-30 finishes. Full results are below.
