Young Alumni Program Returns for 2015

The University of Memphis Athletic Department has announced it will continue the popular free football season tickets promotion for first-year graduates and has added a new discount ticket program for anyone who graduated from the university in the last four years.

"We had an overwhelming response to the promotion last season," Memphis Athletics Director Tom Bowen said. "Our recent alumni bring a distinct passion to supporting the Tigers. Many attended the same classes as the young men on the field. We are working to engage as many of our new graduates as possible and look forward to their support of Memphis Football this fall."

Any person who graduated from the University of Memphis in December 2014, May 2015 or August 2015 with an Undergraduate, Graduate, Doctoral or Professional degree is eligible to receive two (2) free 2015 Memphis Football season tickets.

Any person who graduated from the University of Memphis between the periods of December 2011 and August 2014 is eligible to participate in the Young Alumni discount ticket program. Those eligible for the Young Alumni program can purchase up to two (2) season tickets for $50 each. Tickets are located in sections 125, 126, 127 and 128 of Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium, near the student section. The ticket office will also work to fulfill any requests to sit near other friends or family who are also participating in the Young Alumni program.

The Tigers are also extending a Young Alumni promotion for men's basketball this season.

Any person who graduated from the University of Memphis in the past four years is eligible to purchase discounted men's basketball season tickets for 2015-16. A limited number of Young Alumni seats have been reserved in sections 203 and 229 of FedExForum for $140 per season ticket (normally $235).

Young Alumni can purchase up to two (2) season basketball tickets at this price. Please note - there are no free tickets for men's basketball season tickets.

The tickets must be claimed in person at the Athletic Ticket Office located inside the Penny Hardaway Hall of Fame at 570 Normal Street. A photo ID will be required in order to obtain or purchase tickets. All free and discounted Young Alumni tickets must be claimed no later than Friday, Aug. 28, 2015.
