Porter, Pastner To Throw Out First Pitch At Aug. 1 Memphis Redbirds Game

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - One head coach is preparing to kick off preseason camp Aug. 4. The other head coach just returned to Memphis after spending the month of July on the recruiting trail. But, despite their busy schedules, Larry Porter and Josh Pastner will take some time to be a part of Tigers Night at AutoZone Park on Aug. 1 when the Redbirds host the Iowa Cubs.
Game time is 7:05 p.m. (CT) in downtown Memphis, and fans are encouraged to wear their Tiger Blue to the game. To purchase tickets, fans can call the Redbirds Ticket Office at 901-721-6000 or go online at www.memphisredbirds.com.
As part of Tigers Night at AutoZone Park, Porter and Pastner will throw out the first pitch prior to the start of the Redbirds-Cubs contest. Following the first pitch, both coaches will sign autographs at the ball park.
