Athlon Sports To Offer Custom Covers

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -
The University of Memphis Athletic Department has partnered with Athlon Sports to offer Tiger Football fans the opportunity to spotlight their team on the front cover of the 2011 Athlon Sports College Football Preview magazine.
With the online purchase of the 2011 College Football Preview magazine, Memphis fans will have the opportunity to select a limited-edition "Custom Cover" featuring a Tiger Football stand-out. Athlon Sports will then donate one dollar from each magazine sold to the U of M's general scholarship fund.
If 1,000 pre-orders are received by the April 13 deadline, a custom cover will be produced to feature a Tiger Football star.
Fans will be required to input their credit card information, but they will not be charged until the number of Tiger pre-orders reaches 1,000 copies. Once the magazines are printed, they will be shipped directly to the fans who pledged their support.
To show-off their custom covers, Athlon Sports has provided a "social storefront" in which fans can save, post and share their covers via Facebook, Twitter and email. For more information on Athlon Sports and the "Custom Covers" promotion click HERE.
