Men's Tennis Schedule Undergoes Changes

Jimmy Khougassian (above) and his Tiger teammates will not play Murray State Friday, and will have their Middle Tennessee match moved to Apr. 11th.

The University of Memphis men's tennis team has undergone a couple of schedule changes for the upcoming week. The Tigers will not play Murray State on Friday as that match has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. The Tigers' next match will be a Conference USA match-up at Southern Miss at noon, Saturday.

Memphis will then play UALR in Little Rock at 2 p.m., Wednesday, before moving the Middle Tennessee match to Friday, Apr. 11th instead of its originally-scheduled Apr. 12th date. The Middle Tennessee match is being moved due to the Memphis Designated Junior tournament moving to Apr. 12-13th from its traditional first weekend in April date.

The Middle Tennessee match will be played at 2 p.m. at Rhodes College. That will be the final home match for seniors Amrit Narasimhan and Jimmy Khougassian.
