Tiger Schedule Posters And Cards Available At Memphis Madness Friday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The countdown is winding down with only two days till Memphis Madness, and the Tigers are ready to get the 2006-07 season started. After a thrilling ride in 2005-06, fans are preparing to make that same trek into late March this year.
The best way to keep tabs on the Tigers is to pick up a 2006-07 schedule poster and schedule card at Friday's Memphis Madness at FedExForum. The poster features head coach John Calipari, sophomores Antonio Anderson, Chris Douglas-Roberts and Robert Dozier, and junior Joey Dorsey, who is "posterizing" an opponent with one of his incredible dunks. The Blue Crew also made its poster debut. Dozier is featured on the Memphis basketball schedule card.
Fans can pick up posters and schedule cards at FedExForum and get them autographed by the Tiger players from approximately 7:35-8:30 p.m. (CT). Lady Tiger players will also be signing autographs at Memphis Madness, and fans can pick up their schedule posters as well.
Also, a reminder that the first 200 kids who arrive at Memphis Madness Friday will have the opportunity to shoot free throws on the Tigers' court following the 9-10:00 p.m. program. The first 200 kids will receive a coupon when they enter FedExForum Friday, and the kids will use that coupon to get on the playing floor to shoot free throws.
Admission to Memphis Madness is free. Fans are encouraged to bring canned food donations to help support the Memphis Food Bank. The donations will be collected at the doors.
