Fayetteville, Ark. - The University of Memphis men's cross country team finished 18th on Saturday at the Chili Pepper Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark., hosted by the University of Arkansas. The Razorbacks, ranked third nationally, won the meet over sixth-ranked Portland.
Balazs Laszlo was the Tigers' top finisher in 70th position. Other finishers for Memphis were Ricky McLain (73rd), Derek Nakluski (82nd), Ryan Smith (118th), and Steve Anthony (143rd).
