Rodriguez comes to Memphis following an outstanding playing career at Kansas where she was a two-time Academic All-Big 12 honoree. The middle infielder was also named to the Big 12 Commissioners Honor Roll and the Kansas Athletic Directors Honor Roll for all four seasons she played.Â
Prior to Kansas, Rodriguez spent her freshman season at Cosumnes River College.
Rodriguez, a native of Sacramento, Calif., is a two-time graduate of Kansas; she received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2020 and her master's degree in Sport Management in 2021.
