As a junior, played on team that overcame a 31-point third-quarter deficit to win the Division II-A Tennessee state title 87-84 in overtime at Lipscomb University's Allen Arena. Olds scored 12 points in the championship game against Franklin Road Academy. . . Played basketball and baseball at Harding Academy.
