• Memphis had a combined 57-14 record (.803 winning percentage) in his two seasons
• Helpled the Tigers to a 31-5 campaign in 2012-13, the program's sixth 30-win season in school history

Arizona Assistant Coach (2013-15)

• Helped the Wildcats to a combined 67-9 overall record and a 31-5 Pac-12 Conference mark in his two seasons in Tucson
• Arizona posted back-to-back 30-win campaigns (33-5 in 2013-14; 34-4 in 2014-15)
• All nine losses were single-digit setbacks
• The Wildcats were ranked in both national polls the entire seasons in 2013-14 and 2014-15
• Arizona finished both seasons ranked in the top five of both polls (No. 4/5 in 2013-14; No. 5/4 in 2014-15; AP/coaches)
• In 2013-14, the Wildcats were ranked No. 1 in the nation for eight-consecutive weeks; Arizona began the season with a 21-0 record
• The Wildcats won consecutive Pac-12 Conference regular-season titles (2013-14, 2014-15) and the 2015 Pac-12 Conference Tournament championship
• Arizona advanced to back-to-back NCAA Elite Eights
• Arizona posted back-to-back 30-win campaigns (33-5 in 2013-14; 34-4 in 2014-15)

Memphis Grizzlies (NBA) Assistant Coach (2009-11)

• Served two seasons as an assistant coach on then-head coach Lionel Hollins' staff
• Grizzlies posted an 86-78 overall record in his two seasons and earned a 2011 NBA Playoff berth
• In 2010-11, helped Memphis to a 46-36 record, which was the organization's most-successful season to date
• The 2010-11 Grizzlies finished third in the NBA Southwest Division and earned the Western Conference's No. 8 seed for the playoffs
• Memphis shocked the NBA with its first-round 4-2 series win over the No. 1 seed San Antonio Spurs, before falling to Okahoma City in the conference's semifinal round in a hard-fought 4-3 series
• In 2009-10, helped Memphis to a 40-42 record, just missing the playoffs
• Memphis of the Grizzlies staff that helped the team to a 16-game turnaround from ther previous season (24-58 record in 2008-09)
• Also coached the Grizzlies' Summer League squad in 2010

NBA Playing Career (13 seasons; 1995-2008)

• Played for Toronto, Portland, Memphis and San Antonio dueing his career
• Played in 878 games and posted averages of 13.4 points, 6.1 assists and 3.4 rebounds
• The No. 7 overall selection by the Toronto Raptors in the 1995 NBA Draft
• Named the 1995-96 NBA Rookie of the Year after averaging 19.0 points, 9.3 assists and 4.0 rebounds
• Also named to the 1995-96 NBA All-Rookie Team and received the NBA Rookie All-Star Game MVP honor
• Member of six NBA teams that made the NBA Playoffs
• Played on the 1999-2000 Portland team that advanced to the Western Conference finals, where the Trail Blazers fell to the Los Angeles Lakers (Shaquille O'Neal/Kobe Bryant)

Collegiate Playing Career (Arizona; 1992-95)

• Played four seasons under Hall of Fame head coach Lute Olson
• Helped lead the Wildcats to a combined 101-24 record (.808 winning percentage), two Pac-10 Conference crowns (1993, 1994), four NCAA Tournament appearances and one NCAA Final Four (1994)
• Served as the team's co-captain in 1993-94 and 1994-95
• One of two players in Pac-10 Conference history to have 1,800 points, 600 assists and 400 rebounds (Gary Payton is the other to do so)
• Still ranks in the top-10 on the Arizona career charts in scoring, assists and steals
• A consensus 1994-95 All-America selection
• Also was a Wooden Award finalist and the co-Pac-10 Conference Player of the Year in 1994-95
