Was a four-year baseball player at Kansas State (2012), McLennan C.C. (2013), and Memphis (2014-15), and is using his remaining season of eligibility with the basketball program.
BASEBALL
Ended the 2015 season with a 3-6 overall record ana 4.21 ERA, starting 13 games on the mound for the Tigers ... Struck out 35 batters in 68.1 innings of work, while holding opponents to a .246 batting average ... In 2014 he led the team with a 2.44 ERA and had a 6-5 record in 16 games with 14 starts ... Struck out 70 batters and walked just 24, holding the opposition to a .237 batting average - best among pitchers who started at least one game ... In 2012 pitched for Kansas State where he saw action in 13 games with two starts ... He struck out 11 batters in 18 innings of work and did not have a decision on the season.
