In addition, Persinger led Memphis’ National Signing Day content to be recognized by FootballScoop in both the 2023 and 2025 classes - one of two programs in the country to do so.
Â
Before coming to Memphis, Persinger served as the Director of Graphic Design for UConn Football. When hired, he became the youngest full-time creative in FBS Football.
During his time with the Huskies, Persinger created design elements for social media in addition to recruiting and internal needs. UConn made a 60-spot jump in interaction rankings in the two months that Persinger led the graphic design efforts.
During the 2021 season, Persinger worked as the Director of Creative Media for Akron Football as a student intern. He led the creative team in meeting all creative content needs for the program. Akron Football's social channels hit record numbers in both followers and engagement.
Â
Prior to college, Persinger remotely interned with Miami (Ohio) Football and Akron Football, contributing to the graphics needs of both programs. At Miami (Ohio), the program was recognized for "Building Team Brand & Brand DNA" for 2021 National Signing Day content.
Â
Persinger is a native of Clendenin, West Virginia, and graduated from Herbert Hoover High School.
